Awaken your entrepreneurial spirit! In a workshop by Young Entrepreneurs in Science (YES), participants explore their entrepreneurial potential. Together with other PhD students and postdocs from different disciplines and guided by experienced coaches, they will learn how to turn their doctoral thesis into a business idea and finally a company, how Design Thinking can help them and how to convince an expert jury of their idea in a pitch. The workshop is free of charge and requires no previous knowledge. The YES Workshop series is supported by the Center for Entrepreneurship & Transfer (CET) of TU Dortmund University.

YES have developed a curriculum that reflects the main points of the workshop and at the same time takes sufficient screen breaks into account. The workshop will be held in English in order to allow access for international PhD students and postdocs of the universities.
