The semester is almost over and exams season will start soon. To help students manage these stressors as they loom over them, the Psychological Student Advisory Service has created a series of workshops that address the three key stages of exam preparation. During the semester students already had the chance to learn self- and time management and effective learning strategies. In the final workshop of the series they will learn how to cultivate ‘nerves of steel’. Together, students will explore individual ways to prepare for, conquer, and master the ‘doom of exams,’ unlocking their inner Exam Boss Mode—all while maintaining calm and confidence.

1. Get Organized From Day One!
Wednesday, 2 April from 2.15 p.m. to 4 p.m.
2. Mastering Effective Learning Strategies
Wednesday, 14 May from 2.15 p.m. to 4 p.m.
3. Stay Focused and Calm during Exams!
Wednesday, 16 July from 2.15 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Students may join for all three events, but can also attend them separately. Locations will be announced after registration via e-mail.
