Exam Coaching: Semester Organization, Exam Preparation & Anxiety Management

The coaching group covers topics such as effective work and semester planning, exam anxiety, relaxation techniques, helpful mindsets, and efficient learning strategies. The goal is to support students not only in structuring their semester early on but also in understanding and managing exam-related stress better.

The aim of the Exam Coaching Group is to help students approach the semester and exams with greater confidence.

The group starts in the second week of lectures and takes place every two weeks (except for the last session). It ends a few weeks before the exams to ensure participants are well prepared in time. Six consecutive sessions will take place on Fridays from 10:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.:

The content will be covered during in-person sessions and supplemented with materials and exercises for home study. After each session students have the opportunity to take part in the Power Study Group. The coaching group is conducted in English.
