The workshop organized by the Centrum for Entrepreneurship & Transfer (CET) offers participants an overview of entrepreneurial methods and frames them in the process of business model development and company founding.
During the two days of the workshop, doctoral students and postdocs will be shown methods and hints on how to transfer and commercialise their scientific know-how in other fields. Participants will learn new approaches to transfer their research, even in the early stages of their research projects.
Participants will be introduced to the concept of business modelling and other entrepreneurial canvas methods. The practical exercises will be carried out with the individual elements of the Business Model Canvas on a real idea in a group. By applying it to their own case or an idea from the group, participants will learn which elements are essential to specify the idea and make it applicable.
