Motivation is a fundamental factor for success. Like a kind of driving force, it prompts people to act and achieve their goals. But what motivates people? Here you will find a lot of background information and working materials to help you increase your motivation.
Procrastination, or "procrastination behavior," represents a special case of motivation impairment. Instead of completing an important task, less important tasks are completed. Negative consequences are the result.
