Application, enrollment and all deadlines at a glance

We are delighted that you have decided to study a Bachelor's degree program at TU Dortmund University.

You can find detailed instructions on how to apply and enroll in our portal for prospective students.

For Bachelor's degree programs with restricted admission the application deadline was 15 July 2024. Our video guide explains the application process in detail.

For Bachelor's degree programs without restricted admissions you can enroll directly online via our campus portal from 10 June to 4 October 2024.

Note: For some degree programs, certain admission requirements apply for enrollment, for example, you must complete an internship or successfully pass an aptitude test. Please refer to our overview of enrollment requirements.

We are delighted that you have decided to study a Master's degree program at TU Dortmund University.

If you have completed a Bachelor's degree at TU Dortmund University or at another German university, you can enroll for a Master's degree program at TU Dortmund University. Please note the enrollment requirements and the enrollment deadlines for the different Master's degree programs.

If you have completed your Bachelor's degree abroad, you will find all information on applying and enrolling for your Master's degree at TU Dortmund University via the International Office.

If you are already enrolled at TU Dortmund University and would like to change to a Bachelor degree program without admission restrictions, please send an application for a change of degree program together with the required documents to the Student Registration Office via studiengangswechsel@tu-dortmund.de. For non-restricted Bachelor programs, you can change your course of study until 04 October 2024, for degree programs with restricted admission the application deadline was 15 July 2024.
