Lost and Found

The central lost and found office of TU Dortmund University is located at the porter’s lodge in the building on Emil-Figge-Straße 50 (EF 50). Items found in the buildings and outside areas of the university are collected and stored here in a central location.
Lost property can be handed in there or – depending on where it was found – with the porters in the other buildings, with the caretakers, with the Lending Services of the Central Library or in the departmental libraries.
Any items found can be picked up from the central lost and found office during opening hours. The lost property is collected centrally here. If the owner or an authorized recipient is not identified or has not gotten in touch after six months, the found objects will be disposed of or recycled by TU Dortmund University.
