Service Desk

The Service Desk is the central point of contact for questions and problems for the areas:

  • IT at TU Dortmund University
  • media services offered by the ITMC
  • Use of SAP at TU Dortmund University

The goal is to solve many problems directly at the service desk. Where specialized knowledge is required, inquiries are forwarded within the ITMC's specialized organization. Questions, suggestions and requests regarding IT services can also be directed to the ITMC via the Service Desk.
