For third-party funding and international competitiveness of excellent and socially relevant research, the scientific consideration of gender and other diversity aspects is becoming increasingly important.
TU Dortmund University sees it as part of its social responsibility to actively promote gender-differentiated research in which - depending on the project-related relevance - the dimensions 'sex' and/or 'gender' are appropriately taken into account.
