Aiming for equal opportunities and dealing constructively with diversity are strategic goals of TU Dortmund University and integral parts of its daily activities. All students, researchers and employees of our university should be able to fully develop their potential in research, teaching and administration and to contribute their diverse perspectives. Working Group Diversity

The Working Group Diversity deals, among other things, with regulations for the compatibility of family and career, networking opportunities for researchers at TU Dortmund University, the adaptation of structural conditions on campus in terms of inclusion and accessibility, and gender-equitable language in everyday working life at TU Dortmund University.
