Staff Unit Occupational Rehabilitation Management (BEM)
Officer for Occupational Rehabilitation and Head of Staff Unit
People who suffer from a long-term or chronic illness have a particularly difficult time in the working world. If they have been sick for a long time, they need support to return to work. Their employer is even obliged to offer them help in the form of Occupational Rehabilitation Management (Betriebliches Eingliederungsmanagement, BEM for short). In this process, their employer works with them and qualified experts to clarify how they can resume work and what preventive services or assistance can be used to strengthen their health.
