Risk Management
The Office of Controlling and Riskmanagement identifies, analyzes and - as far as possible - evaluates information about existing risks at TU Dortmund University. If useful, risks are calculated as the product of monetary (damage) extent and probability of occurrence. An annual risk report is composed. This enables the university management to draw up a risk strategy and take appropriate measures as part of risk management.
