Lecture Series

TU Dortmund in Conversation

In the summer semester 2025, all members of TU Dortmund University are again cordially invited to the lecture series "TU Dortmund in Conversation". The goal of the lecture series is to present research at TU Dortmund University in an interdisciplinary format and to bring members of the university into conversation with each other.

Each event in the series "TU Dortmund in Conversation" follows an interdisciplinary format: two academic presentations – one from TU Dortmund University and one from a partner university within the University Alliance Ruhr – open the evening. The contributions approach the topic from different disciplinary perspectives and provide a shared foundation for the subsequent discussion. Following the presentations, a panel discussion offers the opportunity to explore key questions in greater depth. The event concludes with an informal get-together with snacks, encouraging personal exchange with the speakers and among participants.
