Health Passport of TU Dortmund University
The health pass at TU Dortmund University has been available since 2016. Here, employees can collect stamps in the health passport for participating in health offers and exchange them for attractive rewards at the end of the year. The health pass motivates employees and trainees to behave in a health-conscious manner. At the same time, its clear format provides information about the wide range of health services offered by TU Dortmund University.
The most important steps for you at a glance:

Open the TU Dortmund app and click on the “Health Pass” tile. Participation in the Health Pass is exclusively digital.

Take part in the sports and health activities offered by TU Dortmund during the campaign period from January 2, 2026, to November 27, 2026.

After participating, have the fields for the health activities stamped digitally in your health pass. To do this, send an email with proof of participation to the Occupational Health Management team.

Have your digital stamps entered by November 27, 2026, at the latest, and choose a reward based on the number of stamps you have collected. This can also be done via the app.
- Enter the prize draw by having at least one stamp collected entered in your digital health passport by November 27, 2026.
