In addition to good to very good school/study performance, commitment can also be a prerequisite for a scholarship. What kind of commitment did you show?

In addition to my studies, I am politically involved in a youth organization. I am active in the Young Liberals, especially at the district level. In my work as deputy county chairwoman, I get to coordinate our substantive work and am also otherwise very much in exchange with the other board members and the members in general.

What do you dream of professionally, what would you like to achieve later?

I would very much like to work in the IT industry in the future. To this end, I am currently completing a bachelor's degree in applied computer science. After a subsequent master's degree, I could very well imagine joining a service company.

It's not just the fun of working with computer science, but also the enthusiasm for digitization in general that encourages me in my career aspirations.

What special offers does your Förderwerk have that you can take advantage of?

The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom offers a wide-ranging non-material support program for scholarship holders. Specifically, it is possible to participate in various seminars. Thus, from skills seminars on rhetoric to thematic seminars from areas - such as culture, environment and medicine - much is offered.

The latter seminars are often planned and organized by the various working groups, which are made up of scholarship holders from the foundation.

I particularly like the fact that the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom offers many opportunities to network and exchange ideas with fellow fellows.
