I work, e.g.,

  • in the chemical and petrochemical industry
  • in the energy and utilities sector
  • in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry
  • in plant engineering and engineering service companies
  • in consulting and technology companies (e.g., digitalization, sustainability)

I work as, e.g.,

  • process engineer
  • process systems engineer for modelling, simulation, optimization, and control
  • project engineer in plant engineering
  • data scientist/data engineer for industrial processes
  • research engineer in industry or research institutes

After earning a Master’s degree, graduates can explore various career paths—from directly entering the workforce to pursuing a Ph.D. or an additional Master’s degree program to expand their knowledge and follow personal interests.
