To kick things off, visitors were given a guided tour of key locations on campus. After a short break, the tour continued to the laboratory, where participants were able to experience an eye-tracking experiment. This offered exciting insights into scientific working methods and current research methods in the field of education.

This was followed by a lecture on teacher training, in which information was provided on the structure of the course, challenges and prospects. The subsequent speed dating session with teachers from the "Mein Weg - Deine Chance" event series, which was organized and supported by Talentscouting, offered participants the opportunity to hold personal discussions in small groups and gain individual insights into everyday working life. The subsequent Q&A session in particular showed the great interest of the participants: Numerous differentiated and personal questions were asked, including about the choice of subjects, the actual workload of teachers, dealing with mentally stressed pupils and experiences from their studies. Current topics such as the use of AI in everyday school life were also discussed in depth.

The event concluded with a pizza lunch in a relaxed atmosphere, where the discussions could be further deepened.

At the end, the participants were enthusiastic about the exciting insights and the practical relevance of the event.
