Positive Interim Results for TU Dortmund University’s Excellence Start-up Center

The “Center for Entrepreneurship & Transfer” (CET) of TU Dortmund University has been an Excellence Start-up Center since September 2019.
A jury of experts from North Rhine-Westphalia’s state government has attested that the Excellence Start-up Center at TU Dortmund University is an “outstanding achievement” and recommended that current funding is continued until the end of 2024. On 19 May, Professor Andreas Pinkwart, Minister of Economic Affairs, Innovation, Digitalization and Energy, announced that, in addition to TU Dortmund University, five other start-up centers in Aachen, Bochum, Cologne, Münster and Paderborn will be further financed.
