With its 17 departments in natural sciences, engineering, social sciences and cultural studies and its approximately 6,800 employees, the TU Dortmund University has set itself the task of constantly developing and optimizing its human resources work. In this context, "intellectual capital", new forms of work, a changing work organization and modern working time models are important factors for the success of the university.
Corporate Center Human Resources
As a service-oriented institution, the Corporate Center Human Resources actively advises and supports the faculties as well as the scientific and central service institutions of TU Dortmund University in all personnel policy, personnel strategy and personnel law issues and matters. The Corporate Center also forms the interface to the staff councils and shop stewards.
