beVinuS at a glance
A beVinuS is designed to bridge the gap between your school subject skills and the required prior knowledge of your degree program. It covers all the topics that are actually relevant to your degree course. You can refresh and expand these in the subject-specific area of the beVinuS. There is also an cross-disciplinary area that you can fill with offers to develop your soft skills.
The process of your beVinuS might look like this:
You will complete initial online self-assessments in the beVinuS Moodle course during your lectures. These are tailored to the following lecture content and show you whether you already have the necessary subject-specific prerequisites.
After the self-assessments, you will have access to learning units in the beVinuS Moodle course to expand or refresh your subject-specific skills. Cross-disciplinary courses are also integrated into Moodle. In addition, beVinuS offers optional face-to-face support. You will find everything bundled in the beVinuS program.
You can, if desired, schedule a personal orientation meeting with the beVinuS coordination (also available via Zoom). During this meeting, an individual support plan with beVinuS will be created for you, tailored to your study program, personal needs, and interests.
Use the offers according to your needs or the recommendations from the orientation meeting. Choose from the subject-specific and cross-disciplinary courses those that best fit your study situation!
After completing a learning offer, you can receive a certificate, which you can download from Moodle or obtain from the event organizer during in-person sessions.
