Why do we need peer formats?

Peer formats enable learning at eye level. New ideas, creative solutions and a deeper understanding can be developed through exchange. In particular, they promote personal responsibility, motivation, networks and social skills.

What is your motivation and what impetus do you use to supervise the peer formats in talent scouting?

My motivation for supervising the peer formats in talent scouting is to make talent visible, support it and strengthen it in the long term. I want to create spaces in which young people can learn as equals, exchange ideas and confidently develop their potential.

What defines talent for you?

Everyone has individual potential. Anyone who rises to the challenge of discovering, trying out and developing this potential is a talent for me.
