An expedition into the world of scientific research! What does the rusting of a steel surface have in common with the cold resistance of a polar cod? Both phenomena are closely linked to processes in solutions. The “Völlig losgelöst” exhibition takes visitors on an expedition into the world of scientific research. Using examples such as uranine, which fluoresces yellow-green when dissolved in water, the exhibition explains in a visually impressive way what makes natural science in general and the exploration of solutions in particular an experience.
