NRWision
The teaching and learning channel NRWision has been on air since 2009. A lot has happened since then and NRWision not only stands for a state-wide TV station, but also for Germany's largest community media platform. TV and audio producers from all over North Rhine-Westphalia participate in the program with their own productions - including budding media professionals, amateur filmmakers, citizens' editorial teams and numerous teaching editorial teams at various NRW universities and vocational colleges.

NRWision is funded by the Media Authority of North Rhine-Westphalia. Responsibility for the program lies with the Institute of Journalism Studies, which develops and operates the civic media platform and the learning and teaching channel under the direction of Prof. Michael Steinbrecher and editor-in-chief Leonie Krzistetzko. The students get to know the work in a program editorial office, working closely with the “Media Designer Image and Sound” trainees at TU Dortmund University. NRWision's program can be viewed nationwide on the digital cable network and in the station's own media library.
