Talent Scouting consultation hours

With Talent Scouting, schools are specifically looking for students who, despite their potential, are not considering an academic career. The focus of Talent Scouting is primarily on talented pupils who have the potential and motivation to study, but who come from families in which no one has studied before or in which no one can provide them with advice. Through the individual, personal and resource-oriented counseling sessions, well-founded career and study choice orientations are thus to be made. The context of the young people's lives is always taken into account.

Long-term consulting process

Talent Scouting sees itself as an individual, open-ended and sustainable cooperation with the talents.

As part of a long-term advisory process, the Talent Scouts see themselves as guides through the information jungle and make themselves available as permanent companions. The Talent Scouts focus on the talents' strengths and interests and work with them to find a suitable career or study choice. The talents formulate goals together with the Talent Scouts and pursue them over a longer period of time.
