Registration for the University public event on the Excellence Strategy

Preparations for the joint application with Ruhr-Universität Bochum to become a University Consortium of Excellence are entering the hot phase.

After the first key points for the joint application with Ruhr University Bochum were presented at the last university public event at the beginning of June, information is now being provided on the application plans and further developments.

In the International Meeting Center (IBZ) on 23 September 2025 from 10.00 a.m. to noon President Bayer and Prof. Martin Paul, President of Ruhr University Bochum, will present and discuss more concrete plans.

Die Veranstaltung findet hochschulöffentlich statt, d.h. anmelden können sich alle interessierten Mitglieder der TU Dortmund, sowohl Beschäftigte als auch Studierende.

The event is open to the university community, i.e., all interested members of TU Dortmund University, both employees and students, can register.
