The "Krisenzentrum Dortmund" is a specialized counseling center to which all citizens of Dortmund can turn for short-term, free counseling in acute life crises, suicidal thoughts, and after a suicide attempt.

The Parents' Helpline is aimed at mothers and fathers who want to get specific advice in an uncomplicated and anonymous way.
