In order to optimally support assistant professors in their research and teaching activities as well as in their career planning, TU Dortmund University offers a special framework program containing the elements Onboarding, Qualification, Networking, Advice and Visibility.

fuTUre - Program for advanced scientists on the way to a professorship

TU Dortmund closes the gap between the TU Dortmund Young Academy, which provides internal project funding, and JProf TU, the support program for junior professors, and includes junior research group leaders and scientists who are on their way to becoming professors following substantial external third-party funding in its fuTUre support program. Through targeted further training, coaching and networking events, fuTUre offers a well-rounded framework program.
