Beyond Gender Academy – Power, Diversity and Belonging in the University

The Labs4Change project, which focuses on training and raising awareness of equality and non-discriminatory practices in higher education, is offering a new course called ‘Beyond Gender Academy’ in November. Students can learn about different dimensions of inequality, especially in universities, and explore different perspectives. The focus is on gender-based inequality.

Who is it for?

For university students who are interested in greater equality, diversity and inclusion and want to learn more about this topic.

How is the Student Academy structured?

The student academy consists of four modules with asynchronous learning, two international webinars and a final project. The course language is English and the total learning time comprises 24 hours.

The Student Academy will take place from 1 to 25 November 2025. The four modules can be completed independently of each other. Furthermore, there are two international online seminars in cooperation with the Mondragón University in Spain, Thessaly University in Greece and Labs4change partners on 13 and 25 November.
