To accommodate children and job often is not possible due to missing childcare facilities. To reconcile children and study is also very difficult when nobody is there to take care of the children. Here the TU Dortmund tries to help with different offers of childcare; with projects like KiTa, an online marketplace for childcare offers and baby-care rooms.
With these facilities the TU Dortmund enables mothers and fathers to do their jobs or study carefree and relaxed and their children to get optimal care at the same time.
